As a certified systems coach I work at the intersection of the mind · body · spirit and organizational leadership. When we come from: within → we bring awareness to the whole self, between → to our relationships, and beyond → to the systems we are part of.

Systems coaching and thinking look past the individual parts to what is being created within. There is interdependency and shared purpose to every relationship, team, and system.
As individuals, we belong to our own complex set of systems, each with their own identities and needs. Each requiring space for success and the understanding that alignment is not equal to agreement. And pausing is not equal to stopping.
