Systems coaching and thinking look past the individual parts to what is being created in between the pieces; the relationships. There is interdependency and shared purpose to every system.
As individual humans, we belong to our own complex set of systems, each of our relationships are a system, and the work we are part of introduce a whole other set. Alignment is not equal to agreement. Pausing is not equal to stopping.
Stella Nera offers a wide system of services --> choose your own path. Its your journey. And I'd love to be part of it.
